JEDWARD Member 454, 980 posts SQ 225, BP 170, DL 275 670.0 kgs @ 106kgs UnEq	To give you an idea JC, Last years comp: Event 1 - Overhead Medley (3 logs of various diameters and an Axel) Event 2 - Washing Machine Race Event 3 - Deadlift (Rising Axel Bar on coach wheels) Event 4 - Medley (100kg Churn, Blue barrel carry, 5 tyre flips) Event 5 - Altas Stones (Ranging from 100 - 145kg) What you do need to know is its an intermediate strongman comp which is friendly and well run. If your at intermediate level what more do you need to know. I came up north, think you lot should come down south and enjoy the Devon sunshine.

Just not for me not too know the events Vinny - I would like to nail an intermediate comp sometime in the future, but my cash will not spread to yet another overnight stay/petrol with 2 in the next 6 weeks. Hotels are not cheap down there!!
