Some additional details on that stuff per Novikov (from google translation of text message screen shots lol)
Heats:

Loading race

340kg squat for reps

Truck pull

360kg deadlift for reps

Log or Circus dumbbell for max (apparently, some groups will have log, others will have dumbbell)

Last man standing stone, 185kg atlas stone

Final

Farmer's walk 160kg + Yoke 500kg

18" deadlift for max

Keg toss, 5 meters height, 8 kegs of 25kg(uncertain if up to or all this weight)

Hercules hold for time

Log ladder from 140kg to 200kg for time

Atlas stone series, 6 stones, weight not listed

526.0 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq		Anthony Pernice record is 550kg for silver dollar. The short ROM suits Shaws back dominated Romanian Deadlift style as a lift. I wonder if he’ll go for a max lift on it. There hasn’t been much deadlifting on his channel this year.
If it’s 5*25kg kegs i cant see to many finishers.
Tom Stoltman has a good chance of a podium. He has to be the EU favorite with Mateusz pulling out.

Of course the Stolts are impressive athletes, but Bish is superb, Luke Richardson is a real talent that has been working his massive socks off under the coaching of our very own Morecombe Mong Strong Styling and profiling Shane Jerman, and the always over looked incredible machine that is Mr G Hixx.

I don’t think Shaw has it as easy as everyone thinks. He will have to put a shift in to win.
