What stretches do you all do for chest, shoulders, traps and lats?

I'm pretty good with my lower body stretches but neglect the upper body and now it's causing mobility and injury problems.

Sometimes shoulders issues can stem from upper back/ chest front delt in balance or even the slightest bench form mistake,I added in rows in my bench sessions and it's done the world of good, stretch wise it's so hard to explain but I put my hand on a rack or door frame, 45degrees above my head but behind me lol make sense, it's better than just doing it in line with your shoulder the angle gets a good stretch.

Dog ball rolling on shoulder blades/ rotators
Donnie Thompson stuff with bands on shoulders

Mini 'ex-wife' (a heavy cylinder of steel) rolled on shoulders/pectoral
complete agony but great for loosening up tightness

Been doing some thoracic stretching over a foam roller

Shoulder band video I'm on about - his channel has a lot of interesting content
