Finger won't be in it any more I'm afraid, it's getting burnt along with the frame at the end of the month!! Happy

Viking will change too, but will confirm the changed events shortly.

Really looking forward to this comp still done no strongman training as such but hey ho. hoping sheer determination and the promise of lots of whiskey will do the trick for this makem on tour lol.

baldy said:I did the Unit20 first timers last year and loved every second of it. If anyone is considering it, I say get your name down and do it.

Having a goal to aim towards will help you make great gains in strength and the atmosphere at the unit is great for comps. Everyone is very friendly and supportive.

Will try arrange a romantic Edinburgh weekend treat for the misses on this weekend. Happy

Hi, two more to sign up please Ishi and Neil Davies. No PL or strongman experience, just thought it sounded like a fun target to train for.

Hi guys, just wondering, is the farmers walk a high pick up? or from the floor? or can u give me a height to train from?

Also, is the stone in question an atlas stone or a natural one?

Thanks again.

Larry

Normal pick up on Farmers - JT's ones, so I think about 14" or so.

100kg atlas stone.
