Big fish in a small pond Member 1150, 2101 posts | Post Edited: 23.03.2010 @ 22:07 PM by RyanH See i train 3/4 times a week, i feel i could easily train alot more than that and all i do is eat sleep train and uni, but i would be training the same muscles multiple times a week if i started doing that and surely its best to give your body time to repair them? Im seeing pretty good improvements from this style.

If you aren't, then you can train multiple times per week (supercompensation vs dual factor theory)

I guess he didn't realise they needed R&R.

abs by summer 2011? Experts opinions vary Member 290, 2552 posts | Exactly the point I was making. They may have been max sessions, but I bet they weren't to failure (and by this I don't mean you fail a max lift, rather to (almost complete) temporary muscular fatigue ).
