I used to eat pizza after every event session. Me and the Nowacks (2 of the best u105 in the world) would go to this place down the street from the gym and eat steak pizza. Great times!

I think that this would highly depend on which "Vitamins" you take.

See i train 3/4 times a week, i feel i could easily train alot more than that and all i do is eat sleep train and uni, but i would be training the same muscles multiple times a week if i started doing that and surely its best to give your body time to repair them? Im seeing pretty good improvements from this style.

Depends how 'hard' you are training. If you are trainig a body part/lift to failure (as many people do)then it does need some R&R. If you aren't, then you can train multiple times per week (supercompensation vs dual factor theory)

And if you're Abadjiev you have your lifters training to maximum multiple sessions a day on consecutive days of the week using exactly the same exercises.

I guess he didn't realise they needed R&R.

Exactly the point I was making. They may have been max sessions, but I bet they weren't to failure (and by this I don't mean you fail a max lift, rather to (almost complete) temporary muscular fatigue ).

Most of my routine is a 5x5 going up to a weight where i could fail at it on the last set.
