Cheers Everyone.

Drew - I did and will be doing 1/4 front squats to help my jerk. I have a tendency to drive the bar forward and I think it is because my quads are not strong enough - I lean forward and off load them when I jerk. I also find it good for getting the feel of how it should feel in my quads when I dip and drive up straight.

Stuart - yes, I was using the top of my jerk blocks to lift from.

Haha - thanks Shane. I definitely need to get stuck into some strongman training - you are clearly now the favourite for our 'Decider' given your training recently!
