salad dodger *missing* Member 1805, 10367 posts SQ 215, BP 121, DL 240576.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | These videos really do cheer my lunchtimes up! That's a great squat double Tom. Would hardly even call it a week lift compared to your deadlifting either, obviously your pressing is on another planet though

Member 1241, 48 posts SQ 182.5, BP 130, DL 240552.5 kgs @ 95kgs UnEq | Mate you are just super impressive. How do you structure your training if you don't mind me asking. I am not that keen on getting huge, but strong like you (still want to be able to run around with the kids). I notice you do a lot of low rep work, do you do any great volume after this??

I know how meticulous you are on all fronts, and it's inspirational to see how your hard work pays off. I would honestly love to pick your brain on all fronts when it comes to results.

Structure for the week has recently been: Mon- Log Tues- Back squat Wed- Strict pressing & shoulder remedial Fri- Deadlift and lower back I will always perform back off work. It can vary from ramping up to a 2, then performing 4 sets of 5 as back off to hitting 6 sets of 2 and then one back off set of 5-10. Just a note that this is the peak of a 10-12 week training phase. Come the new year and when comps are announced training will be altered again The_Lone_Wolf said:Tom, as always mate I'm massively impressed and have huge respect for you. Member 1241, 48 posts SQ 182.5, BP 130, DL 240552.5 kgs @ 95kgs UnEq | Thanks. I know it's never as simple as try to copy someones program, but it's nice to know how people go about it so, us commoners can trail things to see what works for us. Keep it up, you are the videos lately that I check here to see.
