Trying a little protocol for the next week of 2x daily baths 3x daily icing. Swimming most days. massage 2x this week and once next week. Would help to find out what I've done, but the physio I know hasn't a clue really , without me going to her practice an hour away , which she admitted but thought muscle spasm was most likely, but I thought that would go after massage. So not to sure | ||

Saw my physio friend and she said that when your doing alot of squats and keep the back rigid in extension when you go into any kind of flexion such as picking up a bench the muscle can spasm and take 3-5 days to come out of spasm. So was very glad to know I didn't do anything major. | ||

Thinking i may have to sell the Nike Romealo due to the height of the heel causing some knee pain which imm very upset about as i love the tightness, placement, stiffness and grip of the shoe | ||

Sounds like it must've been a spasm rather than anything more detrimental. Happens to me now and again and I'll be completed incapacitated for 2-3 days but within another 2 days straight back to full strength. It's very strange! Nice work on the bench and dumbbell press. You must have been well pumped after those. How come the squats felt worse with the belt on? (I see the vultures are straight on after the Nikes!! (joke Baldy)) | ||

(joke Baldy)) I just felt like it allowed me to not maintain a good posture and therefore my form was worse. Take off the belt really get a good pressure in the abdominals and squatted with good form and therefore quick reps and more. | ||
