so 4/6 which Im very happy with still but i wanted 5/5

went for a cheeky 72.5kg got under it but balance was all wrong , if i had gone for 1RM i reckon 75kg may have been there to day . But Id rather become consistent with 70kg then try 75kg 5-10 times and only get it once.

Good session. knee wasn't to bad either so that's a bonus . Once it feels strong again after some serious stretching of quads and Icing I may take a crack at a 180 paused squat.

For my Knee California strength video sorted me right out

Weekend

I snatch 70kg once and missed aload ,

back paused squated 150x3 kg


Today

I hit 70kg relatively easy and then missed 75 kg a bunch of time but was very very close..

Also got my first 140 kg clean grip front squat. Very happy

God no's how or why as I haven't trained chest at all over past 2 month expect for messing around twice. Maybe all the jerks , BTNP ,push press and Strict iv been doing has helped, yet I haven't been pushing them just been doing shoulder every work out but fairly light

Consistent 100kg cleans now which feels good. Cant snatch as shoulder is bit f**ked at the moment. Trying to push front squat to 160 by christmass
