45 second intervals, sprint/ rest for 10 minutes
5 minutes at steady pace on bike

Finished with some guns!!!

Gonna be a strongman with abs and arms!!

80kg power snatch: 3x1 and 1 set of 2 (second from hang)
Stop squats to stretch out he bottom position, 110 3x5 3 second sits
Push press to warm up for Sunday

100kg farmer for 2x 20m
Block press, got 100kg to shoulders but too awkward to press!
Viking press: 105kg for 3
Stones: 95, 110, trying to get the tekkers

Good strongman Sunday again at Trojans!

Stones: loaded 125, just missed 140, and nearly lapped the big 155! Very happy with that
18 inch deads didn't go particularly well and needs work: 180x3
Log: 95x2 cleans we're hard but press was piss easy
Truck pull with 4 tonne van, about 15 meters in 20 seconds!

Roll on next Sunday!

Squats 145 for 3x3's
Side handle dead lifts: 160 3x3
Strict Viking press: 60kg 3x12

Bit of change, trained with a friend of mine who is a bodybuilder!
This was interesting

Deficit Stiff leg deads: 110kg 3x10reps
Front squat: 100kg 4x8
Bulgarian 1 leged squats: 20kg dumbbells 4x8
Leg extensions/ walking lunges (supersetted): 4 sets, (the walking lunges were to failure every time!)
Seated calf raises: drop sets, 8 reps on 60kg, 14reps on 40kg... 4 times!

Very painful but going to bring this into my strength training every so often mix things up!

Quality Sunday events at Trojan!

110kg farmers into 260 yoke (16.1 seconds) fastest time of the day!
105 axel: 4 reps possibly a couple more in the tank!
110 stone over 50inch yoke: 8 reps in 75 seconds!

Very sore but extremely happy, just need to sort my static lifts now!

Circus dumbbell practise on both arms
Axel dead lifts: 5x3reps 165kg
Good mornings: 60kg 3x5
Log press from sitting on floor: 5x2 reps
