Member 13, 14460 posts SQ 230, BP 180.5, DL 262.5 673.0 kgs @ 128kgs UnEq Administrator	after long discussions with big papa frampton, this is going to now be a 2 day event, day 1 squat frame for reps, belt + Wraps only max axle from racks max 18" dead day 2 max raw bench grip stuff, RT/pinch etc etc Arm wrestling day 1 will be run as its own comp with different categories day 2 will be individual events there will also be the 240 stone out for guys to have a go on, will be £5 and you get 3 attempts, the money goes to charity None of this is finalised yet, but its close to being finalised

Member 13, 14460 posts SQ 230, BP 180.5, DL 262.5 673.0 kgs @ 128kgs UnEq Administrator	Events will be squat frame for reps - 180-200kg for u90/novice 230-250 for u105/inters 280+ for opens then max axle press from racks max 18" deadlift using the skips that were used at the team comp day 2 will be run seperately from day 1 max bench + a bench challenge, 100kg for reps or something some grip stuff RT and pinh i think and there will be the 240 stone out for people to have a go loading there will hopefully be some prizes, t-shirts etc etc will be provided if theres a few of you guys travelling down i will go to a few local hotel's/ b+b's and get a group rate
