Member 3986, 10452 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | Well obviously hip extension is more important but the same muscles of the hamstring perform both hip extension and knee flexion, its not seperate muscles for each movement so making them bigger and stronger using leg curls should improve hip extension strength aswell | ||
