But what I really care about is my hamstrings are really small compared to quads and I need to get my legs from 28.5" to 30" so I reckon this is the easiest way.

if youre weak at knee flexion then do leg curls.

Well obviously hip extension is more important but the same muscles of the hamstring perform both hip extension and knee flexion, its not seperate muscles for each movement so making them bigger and stronger using leg curls should improve hip extension strength aswell

those are good but if he struggles with leg curls he probably wont be able to do them yet lol

yeah tried them today, only got a little way beyond vertical before ending up on my face. really didn't even know i had this weakness before today. I guess i lock out my deads with glutes pretty exclusively.
