Who's had one? I know jt has.

I've had a problem with my left elbow for about 4 years (chronic injury/inflammation) and I'm wondering if this could be the magic solution.

I took a good 15-1 kicking when I was 16. Didn't know it but I had a ruptured intercostal. Couldn't hold an empty bar on my chest or sleep on that side for months. Lucky to know an orthopaedic who isn't far removed from god, who located the injury and whipped in a CZ. Was lifting again the week after and all subsequent kicking I took Didn't affect that area.
I think the trick is getting someone who can id the area accurately as they only work well locally. Also I was 16 yo so I healed well anyway, but this worked well for me. Good luck with it.

My Doctor is a guardian of NHS supplies trying to get anything from her is incredibly difficult I have had to go through physio X-ray more physio before she would agree to do the cortisone.

I have had shoulder done twice elbow once, the shoulder was probably more successful.

I am having Knee done next month, there is some evidence that it can help joints close to injection site. I have been hoping for someone to invent a whole body shot!

You need to do your physio stretching rehab etc and make a point of telling your doctor you have been doing it.

I’ve heard about BPC 157 injections being good for healing joints too. But I don’t think it’s common knowledge and most likely doctors don’t know about it.

I had a shot in my thumb. Was pain free for 6 months then came back. I spoke to a physio and he gave me stretching to rehab the tendon. Also needling and a pulse device that relaxes tissue scars. Pain free for 6 years.

I can get a T.U.E for cortisone, I can't say the same for BPC 157 (ban powerlifters completely)

BPC 157 is not on the WADA controlled substance list

That surprisess me, It appears it may be on the banned list now there is a test for it.

"not for Human use" is somewhat off putting though.

It's definitely not on the WADA list at present.

Having a test for a substance has never been a criteria for adding staid substance to the banned list (SARMS were on the list for a couple of years before a test was readily available for example)

Cheers

I can't get antibiotics twice a year from my doctor.

A mate of mine came off cycle, went to his NHS doctor with the symptoms of low testosterone - and was put on test within a week.

Is that because Doctors in general are trying to limit the use of Anti_biotics now that bacteria is becoming immune to them?

So I assume your mate didn't get his gear off the doctor? Surely he can get his HRT from his dealer?

Thanks for the responses.

From what I can gather these shots provide relief for a period of time, but don't promote healing? My injury is a bit of an annoyance, but doesn't affect everyday life really. I'm sometimes reminded of the injury if I move my arm a certain way (I can feel it a bit if I wave at someone with my left arm), and there are exercises that I'd maybe like to do that I can't. I wish it would heal. I can't even remember what started it.
