Stronger than the PB chart Member 196, 456 posts SQ 400, BP 250, DL 400 1050.0 kgs @ 156kgs UnEq	Post Edited: 19.11.2012 @ 13:07 PM by stoneman We're going to run a novice , inters an ladies 2nd december events will be ; 1, log; ,60sec's novice 90kg, inters/open 13okg, ladies 50kg's 2, deadlift; on normal bar/plate ,60sec's novice 200kg, inter/open 260kg, ladies 140kg's [no suits] 3, yoke; 15m drop 15m back ,75sec's novice 250kg inters/opens 360kg ladies 16okg 4, farmers; 15m drop 15m back ,75sec's novice 100kg inters/open 140kg ladies 70kg 5, [Having to change squat to medley] we've sold the squat frame , sorry lift n load medley Trophies , t-shirts etc £15 entry hot food an drink onsite date to follow soon

Stronger than the PB chart Member 196, 456 posts SQ 400, BP 250, DL 400 1050.0 kgs @ 156kgs UnEq	Date will prob be 16th [not confirmed] its a total novice so it for people that want to do there first/second novice weights will be normal novice weight [ie farmers walk 100kg] ladies slightly lighter but its really to give the newbies a feel for the sport !
