invite only ! Member 1159, 760 posts	Really great performances today was great to watch. A lot of new faces and all the faces from last year improved dramatically. Well done to fred. Was really surprised with toby cutler definately one to look out for as well. Daniel milverton keeps getting better everytime he competes big big improvemnt on last year and george winston totally different man this year he was unlucky not to qualify. Well done and good luck at esm and bsm too all the lads that qualified really really good battle today...

As Ash said all 6 events done in 2.5 hours with no break. Really well done to everybody that competed. Really pleased with 2nd overall (just to add, I won the yoke and freddie 2nd, George 3rd ) Well done to Freddie as well, he had 70points, I had 61 and ash (3rd) had 56

DEADLIFT dont know placing 7 reps i think, best was 6 in training, so was happy ish, felt like i was going to die so lied down for abit, came back to life just in time for yoke. YOKE 2nd place 13.4secs, chuffed to bits with this (beat freddie by 0.2secs :P ) AXLE joint 2nd 4 reps, very happy with this, felt very easy, but on the 5th clean caught it too low and didnt have the energy to fight it. STONES 2nd 5 reps at 130kg, very happy with this aswell as stones is usually weak. 4th overall, as Ash cant do the englands id imagine ive qualified but ill wait and see very happy, farmers a st lol will post video of everything later cheers for all the support from everyone aswell, helped get me through a fking horrible day, comp was too efficient lol very fast paced!
