I throw about 50-70 shots per session normally, unless I'm in my heavy lifting weeks, then we reduce it to 35-50 ![]() You would say that you get elbow injuries with the lower weights, because the speed of your arm increases and with a bad technique you overstretch it way too much. My trainingbuddy sometimes even throws with a 5k shot, if i do that i will directly overstretch. But if the way your coach trains you works, why change it ![]() It wouldn't be the way I would train you i think, but i don't know you so difficult to say ![]() | ||
