Jeremy, is the deadlift from normal height? And also do you know the weight of the arm over arm and lastly what jumps are there in the max log? Cheers

Hi Stuart deadlift from normal height arm over arm ruthly 250kgs mate log going start at 70kgs move up 10kgs after that till reach 100kg move up in 5kgs if that sounds fair mate hope al well
