Davy Cumming 11th I think and Colin Arthur 16th

Davy said Ken was suffering really bad cramp.

Only 14 go through to the final from what Davy said

I got HD vids from all events just not sure how to upload them from my vids on computer ?

finals should be intresting Happy

Couldn't you just upload them to youtube and then embed them on here? I'm not too sure what you're asking Happy

Looking forward to seeing the videos, I saw Luke compete in Inverness last year in a novice comp and would be keen to see him pushed a bit more.

From what I have heard Luke Tom and Nick have loads of potential to go far based on there performance today.

Knew Luke had great potential! Well done to the 'Highland Oak'. Any idea what the scores were?

Finally home in aberdeen after a long day. Another great comp well run by Stuart and his crew, big thanks to Stuart, jeanette, Neil and all the rest of the loaders for putting on the comp.

It was a good entertaining comp and as others have said luke was just awesome on pretty much everything and has a massive future in the sport with his record of 105m with the shield being a particular highlight of the day. I was relatively happy with my performance and was pretty consistent all day but let down by my s**t log again. Loojing forward to seeing how the boys who progressed to the final get on.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Stuart for putting on a great but gruelling show yesterday.
Big thanks to the more experienced boys for the tips and support. Great to see.
Should be a good final when it happens. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Cheers

Luke

For the first time today I watched the ssm qualifier and thought there are A LOT of guys who either now or in coming years with be serious strongmen, competing for the uks, and even bsm and beyond.

Nick had a superb day, I did not realise just how strong he was, and he showed how proper strength can often make up for a lack of event or competition experience. Made a mistake or two, but he will learn from them.

Hunter was consistent as can be and hit a massive pb on the deadlift all while protecting a small bicep injury

Tom, got the feeling he was taking it pretty easy, especially by the way he destroyed the 185 stone.

John, 11 reps on a 280 dead, in just a belt, NO STRAPS, and he wasn't happy!

Cherry, trained as little as I have seen him for a comp, but a 50 % cherry was still plenty good enough for 2nd.

Lewis and gary have missed out a few times in tge past so I was really pleased that they qualified

Ken, really suffering from cramps, he'll figure out what was wrong and fix it, I have no doubt

Luke, eh where the hell have they been hiding this guy? I look forward to seeing him at one of the big events on the athletic events, he will turn heads!

Looking forward to the most competitive, highest level SSM EVER
