07/08/2013 - Deadlift Demo

The club was asked to put on a demonstration for a local youth club. We did a comp style format tho with 4 lifts each it ended up. Got some new guys and gals to the club a chance to try lifting comp style in front of a crowd.

I got 230kg, 250kg, 260kg and failed 270kg which would have equalled my pb. Was happy with that considering the weight loss. Hopefully 265-270 will go at the push pull in few weeks time.
