09/03/2014 - Bench Seminar

We had a bench seminar/training session with the Steele brothers. Very informative session and I have a lot of things to work on to keep my bench on the up! Tested to see where I am at strength wise for heavy single.

Just didn't get through the sticking point on the 170 but it is not far away at all. Hope to hit this at end of May for a 3 lift bench PB.

Managed to sprain my ankle yesterday so resting that hope to squad and deadlift towards end of the week. Really am made of glass!

Last couple of bench sessions were 140 x 5 x 5 and 142.5 x 4 x 5 plus few assistance exercises.
