Stretching routine finalised

done as PNF

Standing hamstring --- 2min
hip flexor - foot in / foot out --- 2 min each leg
seated hamstring - foot neutral / plantar/dorsi flexed --- 3min each leg
pidgeon pose --- 2min each leg
couch stretch --- 2min each leg
deep wide squat --- 2min
side split - head to each knee --- 2min neutral, 2min each leg

will be done post workout

~30minutes post workout

End goal is front and side splits. will get some starting position pictures done tomorrow hopefully

Missed 27/28th sessions due to neck

HB squat - 170 2x1, 172.5 2x1, 175 2x1

CG bench (paused) - 110x1, 115 2x1, (wrist wrap on) 115x1, 117.5 2x1, 120x1

CG bench was yesterday's session so works out I only missed one session. Will reintroduce accessory exercises for my next two sessions (normal bench/paused squat)

Then its going to be Max 5s Wednesday-saturday.
