euro pinch - few rounds of 50kg (10s hold) then pyramid to 65kg - 2 lifts
thumbless circus bell hold - 31kg ~ 5 rounds - also a 42kg hold (10sR 10sL)
wrist thing... not sure what its called - sledge hammer out to the side

First serious weigh in 86.1kg ~ cleaning up the diet today so should be interesting. Going to aim for 3000+ calories a day

waist (navel) 33.5"

caliper reading ab - 14mm - 15.3% bf

bf amount - 13.17kg // 28.98lb

aim - 8-10% = 7.3/5.3%

@8% = 13.87lb f-loss - 6.3kg --- 79.8kg bw
@10% = 10.07lb floss - 4.57kg --- 81.53 bw

aim will be 0.5-1lb / week ---- decision stands either to start now (today) or end of this training cycle --- today will be clean, will decide as the week goes on

regardless it'll be slow.

cal aim 3000-3500 --- starting @ 3000 - 200g protein, 50-75g fat, rest carbs - 437.5/381.25

basically 200p/70f/400c /// 3030cals
