IFSA log
80kg *1c+3p, *1c+3p
95kg *1c+3p
105kg *1c+3p
115kg *1c+3p
100kg *1c+5p

Yoke
75kg *24m
155kg *12m
215kg *12m
275kg *12m
315kg *12m

Stones to 60"
80kg *1, *1
110kg *1, *1
150kg *1, *1

Went down to Gloucester to train with Mobster, Big Loz etc. First event work in 5 months, and something I'll be focussing much more on this year, to get my gym strength into the equipment. Nothing majorly heavy today, but knocking the rust off.

Log was pretty smooth and stable. Could have done more but wasn't looking for big numbers yet.

Yoke was interesting, only the second time I've ever done it. Broke the 300kg barrier though so bodes well, albeit slow and wobbly, practice required.

Stones were ok, but hip was cramping so didn't do too much.

Not bad at all :-)

Glad you enjoyed the events mate sounds like you have a few decent training partners(LOZ)to inspire you!!!!! keep the yoke up youll soon be running around with 1000lbs on your (silver)back
AvatarVanillaGorilla
yea, watching loz chuck 170 up for easy reps will either inspire you or destroy your confidence haha!

And the only thing I run for is the ice cream van Wink
AvatarALWEBB72

AvatarVanillaGorilla

160*1

Wasn't really feeling a session today, but finished work at a reasonable hour, so thought 'while I'm here I may as well train...'

Bench was ok, 160 was slow and really hard. Lost the line a bit and niggled my shoulder and elbow, and the set of 140 was subsequently pretty painful. Was planning 3 x 6 on these but binned it in favour of pumping out a few light reps. Better safe than sorry.

Total time 1hr 10mins
