Average hamstring at best Member 4663, 588 posts | This might be a daft question I don't know but when a strongman says he's now in off season training, how does it differ?

his poor male ego must be crushed Member 883, 6251 posts SQ 290, BP 180, DL 420890.0 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | Lower intensity mainly I would guess. There isn't really an off season nowdays though. My first comp this year was in March. Worlds is on December 15th.

what is everyone's fran time? Member 3986, 10449 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | Off season usually means more general strength/power/speed building without a competition to aim for so you can focus on certain aspects of your performance. Good time to work on weak points, usually will be lower intensity percentage wise and won't be quite as hard work as comp prep.
