Does f*ck all for SugdenBarbell.co.uk Member 1, 7174 posts SQ 182.5, BP 110, DL 205 497.5 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq Administrator	I've updated all the videos and added a seperate category for Adlington ones - there are quite a few of them now so it's best they are achived before they get lost in the midst of YouTube and various training journals. I've added Joni and Ollys recent strongman stuff too. Joni, any chance of combining all your comp videos so I can put that up as one? http://www.sugdenbarbell.co.uk/index.php/videos
