 Does f*ck all for SugdenBarbell.co.uk Member 1, 7173 posts SQ 182.5, BP 110, DL 205497.5 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq Administrator | It's a new month and time for a new featured journal. Rick managed to keep the lucky charm of the featured journal alive, pulling a huuuge deadlift PB and having a very good month of training generally. Now it's my turn to take on the mantle; I hope to make PBs in all my three lifts this month and am doing my first competition at the end of the month; the North West Unequipped. http://www.sugdenbarbell.co.uk/layout/logrob.jpg By the way, I was slightly reluctant to feature myself as it were, but Rick gave me some persuasion and there were others who I did suggest but are not certainties for competing this month. | ||
