Press up (30) x hanging leg raises (8) x wide grip pull downs (10) x 5 rounds... No rest... 5 mins run @ 15kmph.. No rest... Incline DB (10) x chin ups (12) x 1 min Plank.. No rest... 5 mins run @ 15kmph. Russian twist to finish. | ||
