And then I follow them
I don't see a problem with this

Don't get your knickers in a twist!

You obviously aren't a troll. 1,800 reps in a workout and 180 sets is perfectly feasible, especially when your previous workouts were a few heavy sets of bench with bands/chains......

Serious about meeting people who would like to train, would be fun and always good to see how others train
I do get motivated from reading logs on here, I am still all over the place with it I don't have a goal of where I want to be with all this yet, I read journals, I search routines and I mix routines up

Anyone around leicester area anytime (or London in a few weeks) let me know

Reverse Crunches
Cable Crunches
Cable Oblique Crunches

2 weeks to get myself in better shape

Nice run around Braggy park today up and down the hills with the dog
Feel nakered but fitness is improving nicely

Topped off with a cheeky ice cream

Outdoor workout today due to this amazing weather good session with a few people ; just call it team bonding
Followed a good workout
Warm up drill :
Speed forward
High knees
Butt kickers Happy
Carioca- side step, (one foot in front of the other)
Arm swings
Hip swings -hold onto something sturdy (so I held onto a peach butt)


Forward walking lunge
Line Drills
Forward jumps
Squat jumps
Pushups
Side Drop Lunge

Cool down-light jog and basically a prance around
All fun and games today
Really enjoyed this outdoor workout
Good efforts by the team as well back to weights tomorrow

Quick swim

Long run outside

taking it easy now as I have crammed to much in recently and it's taken a toll
