It did take me a while but I tried not to have too many stops Inbetween because it's a lot harder to motivate myself to carry on
Didn't inflict all of this on any of my clients this time, I trained with my girlfriend today and after 5 minutes she flaked and went for a swim so the intention wasn't to train this hard today
Must be the heat makes everyone happy
I added bits from different routines I've been following
Bonus of training at work everyone wants to get involved and gets me a lot more bookings HaHa !

There's a MASSIVE change between your previous journal and the current one. The last one was powerlifting, with bands and chains. This workout is 180 sets, with an average of 10 reps per set. 1,800 reps in one workout......
