It did take me a while but I tried not to have too many stops Inbetween because it's a lot harder to motivate myself to carry on Didn't inflict all of this on any of my clients this time, I trained with my girlfriend today and after 5 minutes she flaked and went for a swim so the intention wasn't to train this hard today Must be the heat makes everyone happy I added bits from different routines I've been following Bonus of training at work everyone wants to get involved and gets me a lot more bookings HaHa ! | ||
