Knees going inward on squat any help?

Sounds like you just need to lower the weight and focus on pushing the knees out...

ok so if i was to do loads of glute activation and using them, VMO exercises, stretching, focussed on spiltting hips, driving through heels and lunges. try that and see where that leaves me?

if you watch the video i posted of me sqauting earlier on in the week you will understand what i mean about breaking at the hip and forcing knees apart and when you drive out of the hole pusshing your arse back im not a great sqauter but i like to think iv improved my tecnique alot over the last year





oh and i dont think anyone has asked the obvious are you pointing your toes out?

cheers, yeah toes out about 30-45 degrees. squatting tomorrow. cheers for all the help
