Hi Owen,

I've got the BDFPA British Champs at the end of March. I'm aiming for top 3 for a world's invite. Maybe a novice strongman later in the year.

Yep, def easier than an OH Sqt. Man they suck. less mobility needed for the lunge, good for stability.
