Used this video for ideas, and i cant believe the amount of pain.
People have said that it can bring a tear to your eye, wasnt that bad
but there was some suspect noises coming out of my mouth!
Couldnt believe it.

But have to say my IT band , hips quads and upper back feel loose as hell.
Maybe if anyone else has any other exercises they do , or videos of foam rolling could post them here!
Definitely rate Eric Cresseys video, even if he did turn down my intership applicationGrin

Eric Cressey is very well respected and Iv seen a couple of his vids before mate, not sure Ive seen this particularone, but think i might try a few more movemnts on mine. I usually only use it for my back.

Id say just keep at it and it'll stop hurting quite so much Happy

from ive seen on the net youre not meant to use them too far diown the back ie lower back but i may be wrong

i kinda like 'doing' my spinal erectors , I start with every intention of nailing my legs but when i start the old pain kicks in and i decide ona light going over ... ill do it properly tomorrow ...yes
