Left leg was shaking like f**k tho so the pull looked ugly when it really should not have. 18" axle deadlifts worked up to 240 x 5 Left hamstring was hurting a lot so i left after that. Overall a very good session | ||

Have iced it and already some bruising has come out. Looks and feels like a pull or a small tear in my biceps femoris Today has given me a good goal for meltons strongest man now | ||

Last set was hardish but the rest were ok. | ||
