Deadlifts from floor

Sorted out my pulling technique in the suit now. Left leg was shaking like f**k tho so the pull looked ugly when it really should not have.

18" axle deadlifts
worked up to 240 x 5

Left hamstring was hurting a lot so i left after that. Overall a very good session

Had to miss my deadlift day last saturday coz i went to see brownbear kick some ass as his first timers comp. So im looking forward to pulling and squatting tomorrow Happy

left it there. Have iced it and already some bruising has come out. Looks and feels like a pull or a small tear in my biceps femoris

Today has given me a good goal for meltons strongest man now
