Member 1987, 403 posts SQ 275, BP 190, DL 285750.0 kgs @ 108kgs UnEq | ME bench Todays session ended up very like the old metal militia bench press workouts Raw close grip vs choked mini band and 1 chain per side warmed up 100 x 2 x 5 120 x 2 x 3 140 x 1 160 x 1 (PB) Shirt work 180 x 3 (no touch) 220 x 3 (no touch) 247.5 x 2 x 2 (I do believe only 1/4 reps touched) added 1.5bd 260 x 1 (failed second. first rep shot up but second seemed to come out of line and I missed it at lockout) Incline scull crushers Bar + 40 x 4 x 15 (kept elbows tucked) Palms facing db press 35kg x 4 x 15 Tricep pushdown 1 set to complete burnout | ||

Nothing special but its a really good start coming back from injury. No Sam Chesney but hey ho. Raw deadlifts with 2 chains warmed up 160 x 3 x 1 180 x 3 x 1 220 x 6 x 1 felt speedy with no pain, but i found i just pulled it with my back only Wide seated rows pin 12 (3 off bottom) 6 x 12 CSR's 4 plates each side 3 x 12 Db shrugs 45kg 3 x 15 Curls with hammer bar Bar + 50 10 x 10 | ||

I deided to use a doubled 19" mini band and a choked 19" medium band (approx 100-120kg tension) Bench Warmed up and stretched bar x a few 40kg x a few 60kg x 3 sets of 10 added bands bar x 4 x 3 40kg x 4 x 3 60kg x 4 x 3 Close grip bench 100 x 4 x 10 Shoulder press machine 55kg per side 4 x 10,10,10,9 Close grip machine 100kg x 10,10,10,12 Rope pushdowns pin 7/10 x 3 x 20 | ||
