It is just the height of the platform blocks used, so using a normal positioned dead bar as zero inches (despite being off the ground)it works out to be about 2 inches below my knee. And to annoy matters further they didn't happen as car f**ked up and couldn't train last night, which has left me with lots of test and lots of rage today (and I am clean at the moment  ) | ||
