Hack Squat 90kg tried a few different grip widths on this and keep hitting my legs on the lift. Going to replace with very light front squats for reps.

Two Band push apart 3x20 (hard)

Neck a bit better today.

Front Sq 30kg 5*5 got clean right and was easy today.
Ohp 30 5*5 band work first to get shoulder warm. Helped with lockout
Deadlift 70kg*3, 90kg*5, 100kg 5*5
Sumo 70×3 90×3 100kg 3,5 (had issues getting hip activation later sets)
Band push apart 20x3
Hip raises 20 x3 (add weight)
Bicycle 20x3
10 push-up

Sort of. They gave Karla blood tests, x-ray, ecg and c19 test. That ruled out throbosis which is great.
However, she has numb hands and headache (all the time). They gave her a Vimovo prescription and told her to take paracetamol. She hasn't got any bruising or rash/swelling since taking the Vimovo.
It would have been more comforting if they could say she had x reaction and it's will last this amount of time. They just hadn't a clue. The nurses where very good and she is giving her experience to Health Service Executive here so the next person may benifit from her case. Touch wood it'll clear itself up.

Hang cleans 40kg 2x5 trying to get under the bar for front squats)

Bicycle 30x2 (really hard)

Tried a warmup of joints first.
Front Sq 40kg 5*5 (crossed arms).
Ohp 40kg 5*5
Deadlift 60kg*3, 90kg*3, 110kg 5*3 (was bolloxed and didn't want to grind. Repeat next time)

On leave this week so taking a week off lifts to do some hiking. Walked Vartry Resivoir, Glen of the Downs, Tinahealy part of Wicklow Way and went for a swim at a Nudey beach since Friday. If it's less windy, hail stormy tomorrow will try the Glendalough Spink.

Back really s**t. Did a mountain walk and then a jigsaw leant over. Seem to have stressed it, so I'm walking like a grandma.
Warmup of joints first
Deadlift 50x3
Front Sq 50 fail, 30kg 5*5, 40 5×2, 50 x3
Deadlift 50kg*3, 80kg*3, 100kg *3, 110*3, 120*3, 125*1 (dizzy so stopped)
Band push apart 20x3
Bicycle 20*3 feeling in back
Hip raises about 30 between bikes.

Back was sore for a week, to the point I was afraid to lift. Started again Sunday and Tuesday. Cut back to physio exercise only.
3*10 Deadlift 80kg
3*10 40kg front Sq. Tried 50kg but back was too sore/unsteady.

3*20 bike
