Work calls all through night so took Monday off alltogether and went to bed early.Tuesday 9 March 2021 Deadlift 4 x 12 24 kg OHP 3x 12 16kg Squat 4x12 24kg (using tucked tail beginning to feel normal. No low back strain) Superset Row 3x12 24kg New black band single leg hip push out. 3x20 (this band feels to light. need to buy a black one). Lying bicycle black band 4x12 (Feeling these a lot more than the green) Band on knees push apart 3x20 Hip extensions with tucked hips. (Felt these on glutes today which is good per physio. Was all front hamstring first two times.) 133 max BPM 40 mins inc rest | ||

Went through tests and he recommended not doing spine shot as pain is way down from Xmas level. Next appointment 6-8 months. Picked up plates. Pavi brand seem cheap af. Hip trust 3x20 Bicycle 3x20 Low arm 1/2 Push Ups 10,8,8 (superset, at bench press range) Might need to get straps or rearrange first 5 exercises order of exercises. Had a bit of a forearm burn. Hard to get hips right starting first rep of Hack Squat at bottom of lift. Might make block to walk out start. Saturday 2500 row. 21 mins. | ||
