absolutely. And i dont say that lightly about any sup.
I was originally recommended cissus by porkpie (thanks man!), every time i stop taking it i seem to get more knee troubles than when i do take it.
I take it in my shakes (dont have them in capped form, but powder) but i am so lazy in taking protein shakes that nowdays i take it maybe 3 times a week, which is not enough.
Ben, i still want to buy some veggie capped cissus off you man if you get any extra done!)
having said all this, it is still all anecdotal, so who knows whats up. Placebo or not, seems to do the trick to me Grin

I don't know how you take that s**t in your shake man! I will get capping.

I've got a capping kit and do it myself mate, only do it that way as the usual caps are gelatine. You can get it ready capped at My Protein.

Can't see the rest of pics at work, but by God, that picture of the two girls in white jodpurs is one of the finest I have ever seen. I need to go and lie down now...

I'm not doing them to sell mate, just the veggie/vegan thing for me and Joni.

Martin, I answered this four weeks ago on PLUK: http://www.powerliftinguk.com/showthread.php?t=10129&page=...

Anyway, cissus is great. Buy it from bulkpowders.co.uk and cap it yourself. That's what I did (and I've never failed a piss test).

Cheers Tom. I bought it from Bulk Powders and I'm living with the taste (trick is to hide it in luco or the like and have a 'nice' drink ready to put the taste away). Seen a big improvement already, so much so that I've definitely committed to the India trip, visa permitting.
