Hahaha, thanks for the math lesson mates Tongue . I'm in college yet can't accurately write out numbers. Yoke was 327.3kg, deadlift was 238kgs. Did overhead today, definitely feeling back in the swing of things. I'm chasing the NAS 105kg National Max Log Press record this spring at a local contest, so it's time to kick things up a notch. Hit this session quickly between classes today.

Barbell Strict Press - worked up to 93.2kg/205lbs for 5 reps. Solid way to end the cycle with pressing my bodyweight overhead for a few strict ones!

Incline DB Press - 4 sets 15-10 reps, ending with 40.9kg/90lb dumbbells

Bent Over Barbell Rows (pendlay style) superset with Dumbbell Rear Laterals - 4 sets 12-8 reps, working up to a 115.9kg/255lb barbell row x 8 and 22.7kg/50lb dumbbells

Dumbbell Shrugs - 2 sets 25 reps with 45.5kg/100lb dumbbells. Very slow reps, no straps to help with grip endurance along with some accessory work.

Band Pushdowns - 3 sets 12-10 reps with blue (strong) bands

James - the official NAS max log record is 345lbs (156.8kg)

Had a crazy week last week that resulted me in missing a session. The semester is winding down, so I'm bogged down with school work and fraternity commitments. I managed to get some good sessions in last week, though.

Wednesday, November 30th - Squat

Back Squat - beltless, oly depth - worked up to 215kgs/475lbs x 5.
- The rec center got new barbells that are whippy as hell, so I'll be squatting elsewhere from now on. Weight felt light, but just couldn't stay tight for the life of me.
Barbell Lunges - 4 sets 8 reps per leg, working up to 113kgs/250lbs x 8.
GHR's, Banded Leg Curls, and ab work

Friday, December 2nd - Bench

Close Grip Bench Press - worked up to 131kgs/290lbs x 5, paused reps
JM Presses - 4 sets 8-10 reps with 75kgs/165lbs - tough movement! Really love how these fried my triceps, definitely going to include them more often
Chest Supported Rows - 4 sets 10 reps
EZ Bar Skullcrushers / Hammer Curls - 3 sets 8-12 reps to get some blood flowing

Monday, December 5th - Deadlift

Deadlift - no belt - worked up to 247.7kgs/545lbs x 6 (dead stop), then dropped to 211.3kgs/475lbs x 14 (touch and go). HUGE PR's for me, I wish I found my form a year ago. I am making my worst lift my best within another year, mark my words!
Leg Press w/ Doubled Average Bands - 4 sets 12-10 reps - awesome exercise
45 Degree Back Extensions w/ Barbell on Back - 4 sets 10 reps, focusing on hammering my hamstrings
Chest Supported Rows / Dumbbell Shrugs - 3 sets 10 reps

Tuesday, December 6th - Strict Press

Barbell Strict Press - worked up to 102kgs/225lbs x 3, then dropped to 79.5kgs/175lbs x 8
Seated Dumbbell Press (no back support) - 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, and 10 reps. Worked up to 31.8kg/70lb dumbbells on my last set.
Wide Grip Pulldowns / Dumbbell Scarecrows - 4 sets 12-10 reps
Weighted Dips - 3 sets 8 reps, worked up to BW (92.2kgs) + 29.5kgs

Saturday, December 17th - Squat / Events

I didn't fall off the map folks! But I did have finals week, which is the most dreaded week in all college student's lives. I got in the gym 3 days each week, but nothing too special to log. Came home yesterday to my home gym and got some great training in.

Safety Bar Squat to 12 Inch / 30 Centimeter Box
- Worked up to 515lbs / 234.1 kgs x 1, then back down to 445lbs/ 202.3kgs for 2 sets of 5 reps. The safety bar is a BEAST! My upper back is smoked today.

Farmer's Walk (evil handles)
- Worked up to 310lbs / 141kgs for 4 sets. Best set was for 60 feet / 18.28 meters.

Hussafell Stone Carry in Gravel
- 330lb Hussafelt Stone for 3 sets in our gravel pit of misery. I don't keep track of distance here, I just go till it burns and then some. The gravel really forces you to lean back and keep moving your feet.

Pullups / GHR's
- 4 sets on the way out the door, with bodyweight only.

Yep, I started back on Westside last week. Saturday was my max effort squat session, sorry to not label that. My template for the month I'm home from school on holiday will look like this (due to having regular access to implements, which I don't at school):

Monday - 5/3/1 Log Press C&P Each Rep
Wednesday - Deadlift (alternating ME/DE weekly), 1-2 events
Thursday - Close Grip Bench (alternating ME/DE weekly)
Saturday - Squat (alternating ME/DE weekly), 2-3 events

Monday, December 19th - 5/3/1 Log Press (Week 1)

12" Log Clean and Press Each Rep - worked up to 122.7kgs / 270lbs x 5, just hit prescribed reps and stuck to good split jerks on each rep.

Band Suspended Strict Press - 20.4kg / 45lb plates suspended with light bands for 4 sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell Rows (dead stop) - 54.5kg / 120lb 2x12, 56.8 / 125lb 2x10

Rear Delt Flyes w/ Gymnastic Rings - 3 sets 12-15 reps

Straight Bar Tricep Pushdowns - 3 sets 8, heavy

Deadlift with 100kgs / 220lbs Band Tension (strong Jump Stretch bands on deadlift platform)
Warmups: 135+bands to 405+bandsx1

206.8 kgs / 455 lbs + Band Tension x 1
215.9 kgs / 475 lbs + Band Tension x M
175 kgs / 385 lbs + Band Tension x 5
- All working sets were with straps, no belt.

Stones to 1.42 Meters / 56 Inches
143.1 kgs / 315 lbs x 3
150 kgs / 330 lbs x 3
165.9 kgs / 365 lbs x 1

45 Degree Hyperextensions w/ Weighted Safety Bar on Back
4 sets 10-8 reps, these totally smoked the hamstrings. First time doing this movement.

One Legged Hamstring Curls / Donkey Calf Raises
3 sets 12-15 reps
