Back in the gym after a two week lay off.

Did nothing but eat for two weeks!

Anyway did some chest tonight.

Went ok. Not great but ok

Flat bench: 80kg x 12
100kg x 4
110 kg x 2
120kg x 2
130kg x 1
140kg x 1
150kg (failed)
120kg x 4
110kg x 8
100kg x 10

Incline bench 60kg x 10
80 kg x 8
100kg x 6
110kg x 3
80kg x 10

Decline bench 80kg x 12
100 kg x 6
110kg x 6
120kg x 3
100kg x 10

Did better than I thought I would although there is some serious work to be done

nice work my man chest is the real deal forget those other excerises Grin we will have to organises a sesh toghether are you sure i cant talk you into the seniors 9th sept? you'll love it and get the bug. ive not lifted in 2yrs so itching to get back although i know i'll get smoked..........Happy
