Member 3846, 19 posts | Back in the gym after a two week lay off. Did nothing but eat for two weeks! Anyway did some chest tonight. Went ok. Not great but ok Flat bench: 80kg x 12 100kg x 4 110 kg x 2 120kg x 2 130kg x 1 140kg x 1 150kg (failed) 120kg x 4 110kg x 8 100kg x 10 Incline bench 60kg x 10 80 kg x 8 100kg x 6 110kg x 3 80kg x 10 Decline bench 80kg x 12 100 kg x 6 110kg x 6 120kg x 3 100kg x 10 Did better than I thought I would although there is some serious work to be done | ||
