What a rubbish session at the gym

Tried to do some deadlifts.

My lower back and legs are stupidly weak.

Did 10 x 100kg
8 x120 kg
8 x 130 kg
5 x 130 kg

Lower back went into spam and had to stop training.

This is the problem.

My lower back is weak but every time I train to make it stronger it goes into spasm. I don't nessasarily have to train for it to go into spasm.Sometimes it does that for no reason at all.

It is not like a cramp that goes away after it while. It goes into spasm and it can be like that for days. It's very painful and affect all training I do. The only way to get rid of it is with a intense massage.

Any advice out there to help me get rid of this problem would be greatly appreciated

had a similar problem mate. My physio said it was do with my feet. My feet were squint when squatting , deadlifting and even walking.
Try keeping your feet straight. If that helps

Also press add post rather than add thread so it's all together Wink
