Very painful but it did feel better afterward. Throttled back a bit tonight as things were a tad tender. | ||

First two guesses were useful in terms of what they eliminated as potential fifth letters. I went for ‘BAWDY’ on a hunch, but also knowing that it could rule out ‘BAGGY,’ ‘CADDY,’ ‘FADDY,’ ‘GAWKY’ and ‘WACKY.’ If I could discover an absence of a double letter, then I felt that the chance was worth it. | ||

The relief when it proved correct was palpable. | ||

Enjoyed this tonight. We had a visitor tonight, a woman who has recently moved to the area, she didn't want advice she just wanted somewhere to train. She has a programme made by a much decorated and highly rated female powerlifter and I have to say, hand on heart, that it is the strangest and weirdest thing I have ever encountered.
