*the last one was odd, just could not get my left arm to lock out, like I had no control over the last couole of inches, it went evebtually though
**. four and a half really, halfway up on the last one and then all stopped. Tank empty.

Andy benched very well, shirted, he did two PBs, then a bit of experimentation with grip just to show hime where the future lies and than off the the local for a diet coke and a burger and some quite, quite insane conversation

* this isn't heavy, it's me just making a balls of it, silly tw@t, the problem was that I was looking at he floor instead of a fixed point away in the distance. Once I restarted that, form improved a lot, the last six just got better and better. Dozy clunt

On the plus side it's Sugden's strongest man tonorrow, which should be a laugh so I will warm up with Louise tonight, just to show there are no hard feelings. End 17:30
