Hey guys, as some of you know i am going to be competing at esm u90's as a guest lifter. Right now most people only see this class as a stepping stone to 105's, so i think this will help the u90 class alot.

This is my first training log as i beleive in just going with the flow and listen to my body i don't follow any programs, i will try to keep to date with it, and i just ordered a video camera so this should be mostly a video journal.

My Competition schedule over the next three months looks like this
March 26--- 4th annual Southwest Florida strongest man, i will be competing as a HEAVYWEIGHT This show will be webcast on marundae muscle

April 29-30- 2011 Europa Show of Champions in orlando i will be back down to 200 for this show.

Drum roll and the MAIN EVENT!!!!!

May 29th Englands Strongest Man under 90kg Salt Ayre Lancaster Sunday 29th May 2011

March 12th

Frame carry- i have a 650lb(295kg) frame for 60' in my next show i have't touched farmers in about a month so i want to touch them before the show get my speed back

300lbs for 60'
400lbs for 60'
500lbs for 60'
600lbs(273kgs) for 60' in 10.4 secs
600lbs for 50' and then hold for about 15 secs

Then messed around snatching a 80lb 2.5" handle dumbbell- deciding if i wanna snatch the db in the esm press medley.

March 15th i'm 11 days from my show so i'm only training those events, in the show the keg medley is 280lb(126kgs) load to 52" then a 300lb(136kgs) keg load to 52", then deload and repeat as many times in a minute.

10ton(20,000lb) backwards truck drag with hot chicks on the back of the truck lol for 60'
This will be done with a chain with a 18" handle hooked up to the front no harness and no rope to help pull you along.

Keg loads to 52"

150lbsx5
200lbsx5
250lbsx3
300lb(136kgs)sx3x3

F-150 Truck drag 60' then push 60' medleyx5

Thanks for the welcome guys,

James- i'm still trying to set up the dates that work best for mark and the guys, but right now i'm looking at May 27-30

i've had a few of you ask about my personal records, i don't do gym training or powerlifting. I only train strongman events 3 days a week so i don't have any gym/powerlifting pr's to post lol.

Looking forward to competing against the best u90's in the world!
