Thanks guys. Only managed to hit 380kg in comp. But it was after a 420kg yoke in very hot and humid conditions so meh. Will try again in 7 weeks!

Just seen this, phenomenal. Laughed at the the word ‘only’ before 380kg!

Hah. Not what I wanted so seemed appropriate!

I did attempt 400 in the gym and got it to my knees. Currently rehabbing a shoulder injury as I want to get fit for full comps again not just deadlift only s**t. I'll find a comp in next year to hit the 400 in.
