First session back in wraps, so lots to work on, mainly speed on the descent, but pleased with the strength anyway!

Thanks for watching.

Excellent stuff as always.

What wraps do you use out of interest?

knew who this was going to be just from the title.

Great stuff Tom, still a little more left in the tank from the look of that as well.

Walkout was the hardest part, think there's a fair bit more there in a monolift to be honest. That can come later though Happy

Cheers guys!

These are the Harris Stability Systems Hybrid Knee Wraps. A little on the stretchier side rather than super stiff. I wrap myself and struggle with the stiffer ones unless someone wraps for me.

I know for a fact you will hit 1000 plus some day. One of the very best lifters around.

I'm excited for the new year, I'm just recomping around 100kg at the moment (my belt felt loose today..... Embarassed )
But from January onwards I'm going to be pushing up to 110kg (with a bit more to cut for weigh in) and really excited to see what that does to my numbers Happy 1000+ at 110 is where I hope to be heading.

What's your opinion on the new SBD competition wraps tough? They pretty much advertise with super stretchy and that you probably need someone who does the wrapping.

Never tried them, really happy with my current sponsors Harris Stability Systems and the wraps they send me. I just don't feel the need to try the SBD ones, wraps are wraps really, there's only so much you can make them different. They're either stiff or stretchy or somewhere in between as far as I'm concerned...

Can I recommend that you use a pair of dumbells to weigh down that rack. If you put them so that the handle is on top of the rails that run along the floor the rack wont be able to come off the ground when you are putting the bar back in.
