I know your not asking for advice but personal opinion your pulling with your head literally down I think more neutral works better, your feet look too close together and your pretty much doin sldl without any leg drive. Very strong all the same but with work your deffo strong enough to be doing 300+

im no expert with deadlift technique, mostly abit of mongy deadlifts but, try tighten your shoulder blades togetherand lock your lats in when u set up, looks very loose and like alot of stress is going through your shoulders, which is why you end up in a s**t position when you come for your lock out, if your lats are already tight means your in a better position to push your hips through instead of fighting with it up your legs.... also a wouldnt wear joggers when deadlifting as it is more friction for bar when pulling!
