Bit of ankle strain going on, achillies tendon pulling across the back of my ankle causing pain down the back and outside. Not affecting training yet, just walking.

Fatigue really building up now which is forcing me to drop volume or risk failing lifts, maybe time for a deload? Been trying to apply RTS emerging strategies ideas though so not sure wether I should carry on next week and confirm that ive passed the peak or not.
