And a well fought pb. My advice at this point would be to drop the weight and refine your clean technique. The strength is obviously already there for more if you can get it racked more efficiently.

Well done on the PB one. The overhead bit looked easy once you committed to it. Well done on not breaking your toe when kicking the axle as well! Wink

Really well done I guess that's why you got it in the end you never quit great lift great fail.overhead is tough mines crap just started to train it now any tips ? And again well done :-)

Cheers guys yeah I've got some real confidence issues when I'm up at that weight but once I'm used to it it should hopefully be a bit snappier. And the fail lol don't know what posses me to hold on to it for that long haha. Think I should drop down now and build back up in sets of 5 it's worked really well for my log press so hopefully it will do the Same for the axleHappy

I was so close the first time so no way I was letting it go until id either failed horribly or passed out again lol
